You are not required to use a specific format, and there is no charge for submitting a complaint.
What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) week;
- We aim to resolve complaints within four (4) weeks;
- If additional time is required due to exceptional circumstances, we will keep you informed and resolve the matter within eight (8) weeks at the latest.
Our Commitment
We handle complaints independently, fairly, and promptly. Where third-party service providers are involved, Liquidity Fintech FZE remains responsible for ensuring your complaint is properly addressed.
Further Assistance
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
