HONG KONG(TBD), 23 September 2026 — LTP and BE Trust today announced the expansion of their strategic partnership to develop regulated, on-chain real-world asset (RWA) wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices across Asia. BE Trust and LTP are also looking to expand opportunities for eligible clients to access LTP's asset management products. Building on this existing relationship, the partnership will now extend to LTP's forthcoming RWA asset management products. The two firms intend to build on LTP's institutional-grade prime brokerage and asset management infrastructure with BE Trust's trust architecture and HNWI client network. The objective is to work toward integrated solutions spanning investment products, trust-held structures and institutional liquidity.
From product allocation to RWA wealth solutions
The partnership builds on an existing relationship and ongoing engagement around capital allocation opportunities rather than a single-product integration. BE Trust’s community members may explore opportunities to allocate capital to LTP's asset management products. The next phase will focus on jointly developing structures around LTP's planned RWA products that are suitable for trust and wealth management clients.
"Our partnership with BE Trust has developed through ongoing engagement across investment and allocation opportunities," said Jack Yang, Founder and CEO of LTP. "We see potential to deepen this relationship as we explore the next phase of RWA solutions. The next phase of RWA is about more than issuing a tokenized product. It is about bringing together liquidity, institutional market infrastructure and appropriate fiduciary structures in a compliant way for high-net-worth investors."
Complementary capabilities across the RWA value chain
Many RWA partnerships have focused primarily on tokenization and product issuance. LTP and BE Trust are looking to work across the infrastructure and wealth management layers surrounding those products. LTP will contribute prime brokerage, asset management, clearing and settlement, custody and financing capabilities, together with regulated pathways for tokenized funds, private credit and digital securities. BE Trust will contribute its Hong Kong-regulated trust and corporate services platform and its relationships with HNWIs and family offices. Together, the firms aim to develop a framework that could enable eligible investors to access on-chain RWA products within trust-held and institutionally supported structures.
Regulatory context and investor demand
The two firms bring complementary regulatory capabilities to the partnership, combining trust and fiduciary structures with institutional market access and asset management infrastructure. This comes at a time when investor priorities in digital assets and RWA markets are evolving. As speculative on-chain yields have compressed toward traditional fixed-income levels, institutional and high-net-worth investors are placing greater emphasis on counterparty quality, regulatory structures and capital preservation.
"Our clients are sophisticated allocators," said Jing Wei, CEO of BE Trust. "They are not simply looking for the highest yield. They want trusted counterparties and investment structures that can fit within their broader wealth and trust arrangements. Expanding our relationship with LTP allows us to explore how regulated RWA products can be incorporated into those structures."
Next steps
The two firms intend to continue working toward potential solutions for Asian HNWIs and family offices across a range of underlying asset classes, currencies, trust structures and investment objectives. The first solutions are expected to be made available to eligible professional and institutional investors through appropriate regulated intermediary channels.
